HOMES

All of our residents own their own homes and we lease the site to the home owner. We do not permit subletting of homes in Sunrise Shores, LLC.  We are only accepting new homes into the community but do permit newer, well maintained homes to remain in the community when residents move.  While we do not have any available sites currently, we do welcome inquiries to be added to our waitlist.  From time to time, one of our residents will need to leave and we can help facilitate secondary home sales.
